Reiki is a Japanese healing method incorporating light touch for deep relaxation & connection with self.
Heal your inner child, trauma, grief, stuck-ness, mindset, depression, anxiety, etc. If you are needing to let go of something that isn’t serving you or maybe you just need an energetic tune-up, we can work together to heal and find alignment. Connect deeper and open up to listen to your higher self.

Me and My Purpose
Hi I’m Faith.
I am a 4/1 Emotional Generator (HD), my purpose in life is to create connection. I was born and raised in Lansing, MI. I have slowly migrated to Salt Lake City, UT. I am obsessed with all things holistic health & wellness. I am a well known local Teacher or Yoga. I am a passionate Reiki Healer. For years I felt lost and was constantly looking outside for the answers. Books, podcasts, friends, role models. Surely someone else held the answers I was searching for, right? Wrong. Through my yoga practice and other various wellness deep dives I have heard over and over again “you have the answers within you”. This felt true, however, I was constantly struggling to to hear my inner voice. There seems to be lots of sensations and thoughts popping in, but what direction do I take? Finding Human Design has helped me understand where to listen. As an Emotional Generator, I have learned that FOR ME I need to right the wave of my emotions before making decisions. This has been a LIFE CHANGER. This is different for everyone, so what works for me may be different for you. I can help you find out.
The world right now is leading us to consume more, in our body’s, with our schedules, and with our attention span. I am set on teaching people that that is the opposite of what we need. Do you ever feel like the more you try to force things to happen the universe makes it harder and throws more obstacles in your path? Do you ever feel like everything is ten times harder than it should be? Do you get lost in comparing yourself to what other people have, and why you can’t have it as well? The truth is YOU CAN. There is not a 1 size fits all for how to navigate through life. You have a unique design and are meant to follow your design to get to your goals and desires. You are meant to follow your version of intuition to get you to where you desire to be and once you are following your design you will notice your life just effortlessly unfolding in front of you. Heal with Reiki
Book a 1 hour Reiki session to make strides on healing the dis-ease within. We will start with a card pull and intention setting. I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using aromatherapy, tranquil healing sounds and a guided personalized mediation. You will leave feeling lighter with your chakras open and aligned.

Discover Human Design
Book a 1 hour session with me to go over your human design chart 1 on 1. This session can be over the zoom or in person. We will go over your energy type, authority & strategy through life. Discover where you are holding onto conditioning in your design and all about your individualized gifts. Come with questions or just an open mind ready to learn more about YOU.

The FULL GODDESS Package
2 hours all dedicated to discovery & healing. Starting with a Human Design reading for insight, and concluding with a Reiki Healing to relax your senses and tune back in. Create space for in your energy to to come back to alignment. A beautiful gift to treat yourself or a loved one!

Energy healing is different for everyone and per session. You could feel warmth, tingling, euphoric, emotional, or nothing.

There is a $115 energy exchange for In Person sessions and $75 for virtual.
**Group sessions vary based on number of participants, location & services added.

PREP: Wear comfortable clothing, aim to not eat directly before, and turn your phone on do not disturb.
AFTERCARE: I recommend scheduling your session when you can have a relaxing day. Block out your schedule and also time to be in your feels after. Alone time is great or just a chill evening with comfortable people in your life.

Light touch is where I will hold my hands on different areas of your body. It isn't like a massage, just light pressure. There is also the option for no touch.
